Please answer these questions honestly before making a booking

 

Have you travelled internationally in last 4 weeks?

 

Do you present any symptoms (coughing, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath)?

 

Have you spent time with anyone confirmed with COVID-19?

 

If you answer 'Yes' to any of these questions we cannot take your booking.

 

Bookings:

Current opening hours until further notice

Monday = Closed

Tuesday = Closed

Wednesday = Closed

Thursday = Remedial  10am - 1pm / 3pm - 7pm

Friday = All treatments  10am - 1pm / 3pm - 7pm

Saturday = All treatments 10am - 5pm

Sunday = All treatments (except Remedial) 10am - 5pm

Available Spa Mint Packages -

Heavenly Body & Foot -This package can now be modified to include Indian Head Massage instead of Foot Reflexology

 

To reduce the risk of spreading infection.

We will be discontinuing our scrubs menu until further notice. The accelerated flow of lymphatic fluid and opening of pores can increase the likelihood of catching disease and lowers immune system for up to 24-48 hours after receiving these types of treatments.

 

We are also discontinuing facial services until further notice. This is to reduce as much face to face contact as we can during this time.

Pandemic Response Policy

 

Currently not taking any Pregnancy Massage bookings until further notice.

Gift Vouchers are only available to purchase via Website.

 

Booking:

  • At this point in time, all bookings will be separated. Only one booking at a time. Your privacy and health is our first priority
    Example:
    One couple for our couple room
    or
    One person
    per allocated time slot
  • We will not be taking walk-in treatments until further notice. (Keep up to date on our social media pages!)
  • If a therapists is unwell we will organise a change in therapist for your treatment as best we can. If this is not possible. We will notify our guests and cancel or reschedule the booking
  • If your booking is made with a Gift Voucher and you find that you are feeling unwell. Please contact us via text at 0450962899 before 9AM on the day of your treatment time. Following these conditions we will happily reschedule your appointment without any Gift Voucher value deductions

Upon Arriving:

  • Guests will be greeted inside reception -earliest- 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Until asked to come in, we request waiting outside. This ensures enough time for therapists to set up, disinfect and refresh the air/atmosphere for everyone's best health interests
  • While treatment is in progress, front entrance will be locked for guest's health and privacy
  • We request that you remove your shoes and place them in the designated shoe area. To avoid the risk of spreading any bacteria we will not handle any personal belongings for guests
  • Please place any coats/jackets in designated hanging area

 

Our cleaning protocol:

  • Hand Sanitiser is available for guests 
  • More regular cleaning of common surfaces with disinfectant(door handles, chairs, toilet)
  • We will practice according to health guidelines such as changing towels and linen after every guest, disinfecting massage tables and face rest gel pads
  • All our staff are educated on best practices to keep each other and our guests safe and healthy. Such as washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 30 seconds and drying with disposable paper towel
  • None of our staff have travelled overseas during the last 6 months

We wish to keep the environment as friendly and peaceful for all guests. By simply following our new policy quietly and calmly we can avoid risks and keep all welcome guests in high spirits
